San Francisco Man Accused of Practicing Liposuction Without a License

A shocking report from the Los Angeles Times details charges against a man accused of performing plastic surgery illegally in California.  The accused, Carlos Guzmangarza, was supposedly operating an unlicensed, bogus clinic in San Francisco’s Mission district.  One victim is claiming she sustained a serious infection as a result of a liposuction procedure Guzmangarza performed.
